Leila Segal
I am a freelance writer and photographer, interested in how artists use creativity to unify the fragmented self, and by extension in creative approaches to reconcillation between self and 'other'.
In London I am editing a book of short stories by young people, 'Visible', teaching journalism, and working on a photography project with women sex workers (set up by charity PhotoVoice).
In Israel/Palestine I have been using creativity in conflict resolution, including working on the Jaffa Photography Project with Arab-Jewish youth group Sadaka Reut.
